用途 Usage		大型水泥窑前窑口、喷煤管及其它工业炉窑内衬。 Big cement kiln front n-ozzle, burner coal pipe and other industrial kiln liner.		使用部位：XF-17F同XF-17,XF-18F同XF-18,但耐磨强度较高。Use part: XF-17F same as XF-17, XF-18F same as XF-18, but wearresistant strength is higher.	用于4000T/日以上大型水泥窑窑口、喷煤管等及其它工业炉窑内衬。It's adequate for kiln nozzle, burner coal pipe, kiln liner etc in the above 4000 Ton/Date cement kiln.

用途 Usage		水泥窑前后窑口、冷却机等高温部位及其它工业窑内衬。Cement kiln above all front and hind nozzle, cooler etc in hightemp parts and kiln liner.	同XF-20G,但强度及热稳定性优于XF-20G。 Same as XF-20G,but strength and hot resis tancewell above XF-20G.	大型水泥窑、喷煤管及其它工业炉内衬。 Large cement kiln coal spraying pipe an inner liner of other industrial furnace.
特性 Property		1、具有高温结构强度高，高温蠕变率低，热膨胀小，抗化学侵蚀性强，抗热震等优点。 2、养护、脱模、烘烤时间短、不易爆裂。 1.The advantage of high strength in high-temp sonstrution, low high-temp change in from ratio, small hot-expansion, strong resisance to chemical attack, resistance to heat shock etc. 2.Nursing,separate mould, shorten bake time,flame-proof.

大型水泥行业管道衬里耐磨材料
    BA611高性能耐磨捣打料
    Ba611高性能耐磨捣打料适用于大型水泥行业的预热器、篦冷却机、立磨、除尘器、三次风管等管道及各种窑炉管道上采用衬里保护耐磨捣打料。
    该材料在管道上使用，将管道及钢板焊好抓钉或龟甲网，将耐磨料打3-35mm，作为衬里材料，使用寿命可达到3-4年不需要更换管道和钢板，该材料已在各窑炉及大型水泥行业广泛使用。
