Chemical bonded magnesite chrome brick
本产品采用中档压球镁砂和一级铬矿砂为原料，外加弱碱性化学结合剂，经高压成型、低温烘烧等工艺制成。产品具有热震稳定性好、荷重软化温度高、抗碱性渣侵蚀性强等特点，使用性能优于烧结镁铬砖，适用于水泥回转窑烧成带、有色金属冶炼炉、玻璃窑的蓄热室及化工窑炉等热工设备。
Selectig middle calss dead burned magnesite and first class chrome ore sand as raw materials, adding alkalescent chemical binder, these products are produced by high pressure molded, low temperature sintered techniques. They have good thermal shock resistance, so being superior to burned magnesite chrome brick in service. These product’s main usage are: sintering zone of cement rotary kiln, smelting furnace for non-ferrous metal, regenerator of glass furnace and chemical engineering furnaces,etc.
