本产品采用电熔刚玉砂、纯氧化铝细粉为主要原料,经机械成型,高温烧成等工序制成。制品具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、热震稳定性好等特点,适用于石化工业、大中型合成氨气化炉与造气炉及轧钢加热炉底、出钢槽、各种高温电炉、钼钨丝高温炉、陶瓷煅烧炉、氧化铝瓷烧结炉等,也可作高温中的辅助材料,如匣钵、窑车砖等。
With fused white corundum aggregate and a-alumina fine as main raw materials, through mechanical mold and high temperature sintered , these products have high refractoriness . Good corrosion resistance ,antioxidation and thermal shock resistance. They are suitable for petro-chemical industry (like large and medium sized synthetic ammonia vaporization furnace and gasometry ) and metallurgical industry (for example , the bottom of roll steel heating furnace , steel spout , various kinds of high temperature furnace and ceramic sintered furnace) . Also can be used as auxiliary material in high temperature industry like kiln furniture like pusher.

This product is a new kind of kiln lining materials made with coal dust ceramisite.They have low density,good heat insulating properties,can be used to substitute the traditional refractories in cement kiln-Their main appliaction are preheating zone and decomposing zone of cement rotary kiln, also can be used in other heat insulating places for high temperature furnaces,funnels etc.
